Following up on the previous post, here are some more photos of student life.

First, I’d like to start with the cafeteria of the university co-op.

Meals like this could be eaten for about 500–600 yen per meal.
However, this was before COVID-19, and the cafeteria was closed after the pandemic, so I’m not sure how it is now.

There was a wide variety of side dishes and main dishes.

At lunchtime, a line of students forms at the entrance of the cafeteria.
Some students even left class early to get in line.

Here is a photo of the shop inside the university co-op.
The bookstore has a variety of books. Since it’s a fisheries university, many of the books are about the sea.
There were also plenty of ice creams and other food items.
Next, here is a view of my home.

This is the view from the window of the house I lived in.
You could see the sea so clearly like this.
You could even go fishing from the window.

During typhoons, it gets really rough like this (lol).

This is a photo from when I cooked a meal at home with a senior.
Since it’s a fisheries university, many students like fish, so we often went fishing and prepared the fish to eat.

There were many stray cats in Yoshimi Town.
Some were very friendly, and we often showed them affection.
